5. Delivery
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and shipping method.
We do not offer free delivery.
Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or customs.
6. Returns and Refunds

7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged upon delivery, contact us within 14 days. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights. All items will be hand packed by Chachaman, he will check everything before it leaves his crib.
8. Cancellation (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund. You must notify us in writing and return the goods at your own cost. This applies only to unused and unworn items in original packaging.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Returns Overview
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unused
- Unworn
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
2. How to Return
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at ownit@chachaman.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. You will receive instructions and a return address.
3. Items must be returned within 14 days of your request.
3. Return Shipping
We do not offer free returns.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage.
We recommend using a tracked and insured service. Lost items are your responsibility.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Funds will be returned to the original payment method.
Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
- Email ownit@chachamanownit.co.uk within 14 days.
- Include photos and a description.
- We will arrange a refund or replacement at no cost to you.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Kutcha
- Swimwear
- Earrings
Free Delivery & Returns Clause
Please note:
- We do not offer free delivery. Delivery charges will be shown during checkout.
- We do not offer free returns. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of faulty goods.
If you don’t like the item please don’t damage it for a free return, Chachaman will understand. Just contact him. He’d rather have the item back untouched. Cheers.
